2.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held for review.
• Use of the registered mobile number is mandatory for withdrawals.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit yields a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering required is ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

3.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 88bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or household may not claim bonuses.
• Bonus offers have a fixed validity period — bonuses will be cancelled once they expire.

The following general rules apply when placing bets on cricket, football or any other sport, or when playing casino games on 88bet:

4.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be cancelled.
• If a 88bet event is cancelled, suspended or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Bonus arbitrage using multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

4.3 Live Betting

Odds may change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation will be considered final.

88bet's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.1 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses — meaning cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. For example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

5.2 VIP Tier Changes

Promotion to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity. Staying regularly active and continuing to bet creates the opportunity to move to a higher tier.
